Since this hasn't been updated anywhere near as much as we had previously hoped we are now planing on up-ing the offering as to what is going on here, so from today we will not only update you about our website and other general happenings with us we will now tell you about things we find interesting, films, books, events in the locality,etc
We will also bring you some of the news stories you might not pick up elsewhere regarding the housing market and the related financial sector (mainly mortgages), so keep an eye out 'cos i should be posting at least something once a week.

Ok so it's been a little while since our last post, news-wise we are almost fully switched over to a purely internet based office. All contact numbers are still available but for a more direct response email is the way forward. With emails we are able to direct the appropriate response as desired, so if you need to contact us please try info@h2home.biz first.
We are also pushing the online payment option for those of you with rental accounts with us who do not subscribe to either direct debit or standing order options for payment. Its simple, straight forward and available via our home page www.h2home.biz all you have to do is scroll down to the bottom right of the page to the Pay Online section, enter the property address in the white text box and click pay now. This will take you to the Paypal website just enter a few simple details and you will have paid your rent in one of the most secure and quick ways possible, you'll get an instant receipt and won't have to worry about late fees being added to your rental account.
You can still see all our available properties via the main page listed above and with the contact us option on the major pages you can let us know your requirements, with as little fuss as possible.

Ok third week in,
We have had a good reponse to our new rentals in Cardiff and have now almost reached full occupancy so if you are interested why not take a look on our web page and see what we still have to offer, but be quick!

Hi and welcome to our second blog
We have some new porperties (at Cardiff bay) on the site this week, They are proving to be very popular though so if you like what you see you will have to act fast, we have taken a few viewings already and have quite a few more waiting.
You might like to know that we will show your property for you if you dont have the time to do so yourself and that this is included in our "let only" services. (We also issue detail sheets to anyone interested in your property, advertise your property online and will arrange for TO LET/LET BY boards to be erected at said property)
Also this week we have made it possible for you to pay your rent and any application fees on our website, via our main page www.h2home.biz . If you already have a paypal account things will be easier for you of course, but if not simply log on and enter the address you are paying for, the amount you are paying and any payment details, then just follow the instructions to complete your transaction, making late payments virtually impossible and charges for them a thing of the past.

As our "about the blog" suggests, we will be generally ranting about current affairs in and around the Newport area, our blog is aimed at just about everyone entering into or already in the housing market, from buying to selling and renting, inc landlords and existing tenants.
We aim to provide you with plenty of information and news that we hope will be helpful to you, without the technical jargon others use to sound more professional and confuse you along the way.
Besides the usual we will also be posting information on things we have tried and tested, like new plumbers and home mantainance products for your own use, from damp-proofing your home to ridding your home of existing mould.
